This project was approved by the Planning Board in February of 2016 for the creation of 8 separate lots along Wild Dunes Way. An amendment was approved in April of 2018 for 1 additional lot.
Beachmont
This project was approved by the Planning Board in October of 2012. The project is a 44-lot cluster subdivision for single family detached homes located off of Portland Ave (Neptune Road & Dolphin Avenue).
Castle Estates
This project was approved by the Planning Board in July of 2006. The project is a 28-lot residential subdivision located off of Cascade Road (Camelot Circle, Queen Lillian Circle & King Phillip Drive).
Church Street Station
This project was approved by the Planning Board in October of 2016. It is for the development of 40 single-family style condominum homes, roads and associated infrastructure at 164 Saco Ave.
Cider Hill
This project was approved in several phases with the most recent being approved in March of 2015 for the creation of new residential units and a facility located off of Smithwheel Road.
Dirigo Woods
This project was originally apporved in 2007 but was amended to reduce the number of street lights and trees in May of 2017. It is for the development of 42 homes off of Dirigo Drive (Mason Way, Pepsi Street and Trudy Circle).
Eastern Trail Estates
This project was approved by the Planning Board in October of 2017. It is for the development of a 20 lot cluster subdivision for single family residential use, roads and associated infrastructure off of Ross Road.
Homewood Park
This project is a large subdivision that was approved in the 1950s off of Cascade Road. The project was brought before the Planning Board in August of 2016 for a minor revision to loop the roads instead of having dead end streets. The portion currently under construction is Homewood Boulevard East, Juniper Street & Kapok Street.
Legends Cove
This project was approved by the Planning Board in May of 2013. The project is an 11-lot subdivision located off of Wild Dunes Way (Nicklaus Drive & Palmer’s Way).
Sawgrass
This project was approved by the Planning Board in November of 2015. It is a 22-unit residential subdivision located off of Wild Dunes Way (Ponte Vedra Drive & Island Drive).
Seaglass Terrace
This project was originally approved by the Planning Board in 2007. A small amendment was approved by the Planning Board in March of 2017. It is for the creation of 9 units off of Cascade Road (Seaglass Terrace).
The Turn
This project was approved by the Planning Board in March of 2015. It is for the creation of 24 single-family style condominium homes off of Wild Dunes Way (Woods Lane & Mickelson Way).
The Village at Pond View Woods
This project was approved by the Planning Board in March of 2015. It is a 32-lot single-family residential cluster subdivision located off of Portland Ave (Casey Lane, Paige Ave & Bouchard Court).
