About the Registrar:
The Registrar of Voters is the supervisor of the voter registration process, and has the following responsibilities: Determines voter eligibility; processes new applications; processes changes in voter information; prepares and maintains the voter list and files; certifies voter status on petitions; receives training; attends caucuses; holds office hours; and assists voters with alternative registration signature statement.
